Fundraise on Child Health Day for a Chance to Win a Trip to Hawaii!
On October 7th, Miracle Network Dance Marathon will be celebrating Child Health Day and advocating for the need for donations to provide the best care for sick and injured kids treated at local children’s hospitals.
Students participating in their school’s Dance Marathon programs throughout the nation are encouraged to fundraise on Child Health Day by asking family and friends for donations to show their commitment to “Change kids’ health” and “change the future.”
While helping sick and injured kids is the primary reward for our fundraising efforts, CMN Hospitals is hosting a contest to reward one fundraiser for their hard work on Child Health Day!
One Miracle Network Dance Marathon participant who fundraises on Child Health Day (Monday, Oct. 7) and follows the steps listed below will be randomly drawn to receive two first-class tickets on Delta Air Lines and five-night stay at a Marriott property in Hawaii!
To be eligible to win, just follow these simple steps:
- Be sure you’re signed up for a Dance Marathon event beforeOctober 7th. The event must be hosted on “events.dancemarathon.com”
- Raise any amount of money from friends, family, neighbors or even complete strangers!
- Note: Donations made by someone on their own account are not eligible.
- Post a photo on your public Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram profile using the hashtags #ChangeKidsHealth and #ChildHealthDay on October 7th
- Pro tip: Make the post personal! Detail why you raise money for your local children’s hospital.
- Participants must be 18+ years old and an actively enrolled college student.
The winner of the contest will be drawn at random. The winner will be notified via e-mail and announced via the Dance Marathon Facebook and Instagram channels by the end of the week (Friday, October 11). CMN Hospitals national office will contact the winner to assist with travel booking. Travel must be booked before the end of 2019.
