Everything You Need to Know About DMLC 2020

6/1/20 Latest Updates on Virtual Conference:

Registration is open! Register here today.

  • DMLC 2020 will take place July 7-10, 2020
  • Content: there will be a variety of live and pre-recorded sessions throughout the week
  • No fees associated with registering for virtual conference
  • Registration will open in June. Early registration is encouraged to receive all perks included in DMLC 2020.

Due to the worldwide pandemic and the resulting economic impact, we have waived all registration fees for attendees. This is an effort to expand access to DMLC to as many student leaders and hospital and campus professionals as possible. All fees and conference materials are being paid by CMN Hospitals and through the support of some of our dedicated corporate partners.

All DMLC 2020 virtual participants should register in advance, even if planning to watch content in groups. As some sessions and experiences have limited capacities, early registration is recommended. Conference activities are not open to the public and are designed specifically for college students, campus advisors, hospital partners and CMN Hospitals staff.

Early registration is also encouraged to receive conference materials in advance of DMLC. These will be shipped directly to all attendees by CMN Hospitals and include items like the conference t-shirt and merchandise, and supplies for activities that will enhance attendee experience during the conference. Only the first 1,500 attendees who register for DMLC will receive the materials via mail. Attendees must register before June 14, 2020 to receive these materials in advance of the conference. Materials are not guaranteed to those who register after this date. Attendees may opt-out of receiving materials via mail during the registration process.

Like you, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals is faced with making difficult decisions during this COVID-19 crisis. To ensure the health and safety of our supporters, we have decided to not hold the Dance Marathon Leadership Conference event, originally scheduled for July 9-12, 2020 in Atlanta. While we are hopeful communities will begin to recover over the next few months, we want to be mindful of difficult decisions you need to make now regarding safety and budgets.

Recognizing the importance of connecting and celebrating the amazing work of our most passionate Miracle Network Dance Marathon supporters, we will be hosting the Conference virtually during the same week. We are excited to share more details with you soon.

We look forward to hosting you virtually in July. Stay safe and healthy.
