Lily Clair Named Hospital Advisor of the Year

Miracle Network Dance Marathon recognized top-performing Dance Marathon programs at Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ Ignite: Peer-to-Peer Leadership Conference held in Kansas City, MO, from July 17-20, 2025.

The Hospital Advisor of the Year Award recognizes an individual who goes above and beyond in supporting the Dance Marathon programs that benefit their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. This award honors those who serve as a consistent and thoughtful resource, helping student leaders grow their programs and strengthen their connection to the mission.

This year’s recipient, Lily Clair from the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, has made a lasting impact across multiple campuses and student organizations. Lily’s leadership has been especially evident in the development of a month-long first-year initiative that introduces new student leaders to Dance Marathon through professional development opportunities. Her approach to early engagement ensures that new members not only understand the mission but are equipped with the tools they need to lead effectively.

Lily also plays a central role in selecting new student management and overseeing their onboarding process. Her thoughtful guidance helps ensure a smooth transition year over year, providing consistency and clarity for student leaders as they begin their term. Beyond team development, Lily has worked to provide hospital-branded incentives that motivate participants and create a deeper connection to the cause. Throughout the year, she keeps teams informed of their progress and focused on their goals.

Lily supports a wide network of programs, including Drexel University DragonTHON, West Chester University RamTHON, Temple University HootaThon, Lehigh University Hawkathon, and several K-12 schools across the region. Her commitment to the mission and to student success is felt across every campus and community she works with.

Congratulations to Lily Clair on being named the 2025 Hospital Advisor of the Year!
