This year, the Miracle Network Dance Marathon movement is laying the foundation for the refounding and rebrand of Dance Marathon as Cal Poly Miracle at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo!
We’re looking for student leaders who are ready to change kids’ health to change the future and help raise funds and awareness for Cottage Children’s Medical Center, the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital treating children and families from San Luis Obispo and beyond.

Involvement provides students with a hands-on service-learning experience that develops a sense of community, bringing students and organizations together from all across campus. Our Cause
Cal Poly Miracle at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo will be supporting kids like Hope and Haven who were treated in the NICU at Cottage Children’s after being born at 30 weeks. Throughout Spring 2024, CMN Hospitals staff members will be promoting opportunities for involvement with the new Cal Poly Miracle student organization. There will be opportunities for interest sessions, leadership roles and development, volunteering, and more!

Miracle Network Dance Marathon is an international movement, involving over 400 colleges, universities and K-12 schools across North America that fundraise for their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Since its inception in 1991, Miracle Network Dance Marathon has raised more than $300 million–ensuring that no child or family fights pediatric illness or injury alone.
