2nd Annual ECU Piratethon Almost Doubles Fundraising!

East Carolina University hosted their 2nd annual Piratethon event on Sunday, March 1st. Over 300 students registered and more than 200 showed up to dance for 6 hours in honor of children being treated at James and Connie Maynard Children’s Hospital. 7 families joined in on the fun and shared their story with the students. Their hard work paid off and they ended up raising over $28,000!!!
