“I joined Lamar University Dance Marathon because there is no better way to help our future than to raise money for local kids through Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals. When I was born premature at 26.5 weeks, I weighed 1 pound, 12 ounces and had to spend the first 3.5 months of my life in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Supporting CMN Hospitals through Dance Marathon is important to me because every cent raised directly benefits local children with medical needs – including preemies like me.”
