Local Dance Marathon Programs Make HISTORY

Currently, the stress and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 crisis has affected all of us one way or another. Local colleges and universities however, are facing extreme challenges. While trying to overcome this extreme learning curve, and adapting to this “new normal” 3 local  Dance Marathon programs did not give up the fight for our kids! Kean Dance Marathon at Kean University, StevensTHON at Stevens Institute of Technology and HighlanderThon at NJIT, all held their own VIRTUAL Dance Marathon; making program HISTORY!

Our patients at local Children’s Hospitals, cannot wait for the curve to flatten. They need support now more than ever! Because of the hard work of determined students, these three programs were able to fundraise over $70,000 for Children’s Specialized Hospital! On behalf of our staff, patients and their families at Children’s Specialized, THANK YOU MNDM for continuing the fight! Your leadership, has set the pace and tone for other nonprofits and events in the area. Thank you for being every day heroes for over 38,000 sick and injured children in New Jersey!

Although we hope to celebrate in person next year, we have to admit, this virtual version was pretty cool!
