Knight-Thon’s Charge on Challenge: $200,000 For The Kids

The University of Central Florida’s Dance Marathon program, Knight-Thon, has officially started their third annual fundraising push day, Charge on Challenge.

As of 10:00 PM on October 8, Knight-Thon miracle makers are hard at work uniting their campus and coming together for a shared vision. This year, the Knights have set out to raise $200,000 in support of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children during a 24-hour period by challenging their participants and community to individually raise $100 or more.

So how can you help? Donate today! You can donate here or donate directly to an individual fundraiser if you know someone participating in this year’s event. Either way, your donations between now and 10 PM on October 9 will count toward their $200,000 goal for this year’s Charge on Challenge.

This year, our Miracle Network Dance Marathon Partners have challenged their participants to identify their motivator to be involved with Knight-Thon – their “why” – and are aggregating these conversations online with the hashtag #ThisIsWhy.

We are so thankful for these students and their dedication to the mission of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer. This campus of college students is one generation fighting for the next. With the help of your support, we can unite and join their movement.

Follow their efforts throughout the day on the Knight-Thon Facebook Page. They’ll even host a LIVE reveal of all funds raised at 11:00 PM!
