Change Kids' Health, Change Kids Future'

The first Monday of October is recognized as National Child Health Day, and its a day that college and university students, including UMaine students, have really rallied around through the Miracle Network Dance Marathon movement.

Monday, October 7th will be no different. University of Maine students are kicking off their annual Black BearTHON fundraising efforts by encouraging students to register for Black BearTHON 2020. This year’s event is scheduled for Saturday, March 28th. And after thoughtful consideration and listening to feedback from past participating students, the 2020 celebratory event will be hosted at the Rec Center on campus from 4 pm to midnight.
