BEST NEW DANCE MARATHON 2017!

Over the weekend of July 20th to July 23rd, members of each Miracle Network Dance Marathon program in New Jersey attended Dance Marathon Leadership Conference at the University of Maryland. It was a weekend filled with collaboration, networking and celebration!

StevensTHON, the Dance Marathon Program at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken won BEST NEW DANCE MARATHON in the country for 2017!!!

StevensTHON held their first dance marathon event in April of 2016, raising over $20,000 for our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, Children’s Specialized Hospital. From there, a fire was created, spreading all over campus, igniting passion in the hearts of their students and advisors. The executive board set their goals pretty high for 2017, but that didn’t stop them from reaching the stars! On April 29th, 2017, StevensTHON defeated their goal, fundraising over $30,000 for our kids!

Our team at Children’s Specialized Hospital could not be more proud of the incredible students who dedicate their busy schedules to help our kids. We are looking forward to many more exciting and successful years of Dance Marathon at Stevens Institute of Technology! This award was well deserved!
